Through a new Transport for NSW funded trial, we may be able to assist eligible people who need transport to access education, training, apprenticeships,traineeships and employment. Whether it's the cost of travel, limited public transport, distance,disability, or simply having no reliable way to get there, we may be able to help.

Who can use the service?

If you live in one of our trial areas, are transport disadvantaged and need help getting to TAFE,an RTO, or an apprenticeship, traineeship getting to employment, we'd loveto hear from you! We'll check your eligibility and get you on your way.

Will you pick me up from my house?

Absolutely!We offer point-to-point transport, which means we pick you up from your front door and drop you right where you need to be. No walking to bus stops. No multiple connections. Just an easy trip from A to B.

Which areas do you service?

We currently provide transport throughout thefollowing Local Government Areas:
· Coffs Harbour
· Bellingen
· Nambucca Valley
· Tweed
· Byron
· Ballina

How much notice do I need to give?

The more notice, the better! A few days' notice gives us the best chance offitting your trip into our schedule. Need transport tomorrow? Don't panic—give us a call. We can't promise, but we'll always do our best to help.

Is there a limit on how far I can travel?

Not necessarily. Every trip is different, so if you're unsure, simply give our friendly team a call. We'll work with you to find the best transport solution.

How much does it cost?

It's FREE! Thanks to funding from Transport for NSW, eligible customers can access this transport service at no cost during the trial.

Can I book regular trips?

Definitely! Whether you're attending TAFE every Monday and Wednesday or working through your apprenticeship each weekday, we can set up recurring bookings to make life easier.

Can I bring my backpack, tools or study equipment?

Of course!
Backpacks, laptops, textbooks and reasonable work or trade equipment are all welcome. If you have larger items, let us know when booking so we can make sure there's enough room.

Can you transport wheelchairs or mobility aids?

Yes. We'll discuss your mobility needs when youbook to make sure we send the right vehicle for the job.

Are your drivers qualified?

Absolutely—they're the best in the business!
All of our drivers undergo extensive compliance checks, including:
· Working With Children Check (where required)
· Commercial Driver Medical· Driver History Check
· National Criminal HistoryCheck
· First Aid training
· Comprehensive driverinduction
· Ongoing training andcompetency assessments

Can someone travel with me?

As this trial is designed to assist eligible customers to access education and employment opportunities, transport is generally provided for the approved customer only. If you believe you need a support person to travel with you, please give us a call before booking and we'll discuss your individual circumstances.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you no longer need your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. Every cancelled booking means someoneelse may miss out on accessing transport. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows impactour ability to help others and may result in your access to the service beingreviewed. A quick phone call makes abig difference!

Can I use this service if I already catch the bus?

Probably not. This service is designed for people whoare transport disadvantaged and don't have suitable transport options available. If you already have access to public transport, a private vehicle or another funded transport service that can reasonably get you where you need to go, this trial isn't intended to replace or duplicate those services. If you're not sure whether you're eligible, just give us a call—we're always happy to chat.

What can I use the service for?

This service can be used for travel to and from:
· TAFE· Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)
· Employment where you are undertaking an apprenticeship or traineeship

Unfortunately, it can't be used for school, university or general employment that falls outside the trial eligibility criteria.
